1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, claiming a business, or purchasing event tickets on SpotAm (accessible via spotam.ng and associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Directory Listings & Merchant Responsibilities

Business owners and authorized representatives who list, claim, or edit profiles on SpotAm certify that all provided details—including Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration numbers, physical business addresses, phone contacts, WhatsApp channels, and product prices—are accurate, authentic, and not misleading.

• Misrepresentation of official credentials or trademark infringement will result in immediate profile suspension.
• SpotAm reserves the right to verify, audit, badge, or remove listings that fail physical or document verification checks.
• Unclaimed public listings are compiled from public records and verified phone sources to assist consumer discovery.

3 Live Events, Ticketing & Gate Verification

SpotAm provides cryptographic HMAC-signed QR ticket issuance for event organizers and attendees across Nigeria.

• Each generated QR ticket pass is unique, cryptographically signed, and single-use for gate check-in via our web scanner.
• Duplication, forgery, or tampering with ticket passes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Event organizers are solely responsible for venue safety, event hosting, and scheduling obligations.

4 Zero Fake Metrics & Authentic Reviews

SpotAm enforces a strict zero-fabrication policy. Fake star ratings, astroturfed reviews, and synthetic traffic generation are prohibited. All visitor analytics are verified via deduplicated human session tracking.

5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of the use of SpotAm shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
